The hotel has its ups and downs. Even though the rooms were clean and spacious, we encountered some cleanliness issues, like finding dead cockroaches behind the couch and dust on the tables. The service was a mix of helpfulness and delays, with some issues during check-in related to payment. The location is very central, making it easy to access different parts of the city, but the dining experience was quite poor with cold food and inattentive staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and cafes, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were outdated and dirty, lacking basic amenities like a hairdryer and barely any outlets. The breakfast at the neighboring restaurant was subpar with rude staff. The service, however, was friendly and informative, providing access to various amenities like laundry and tours. The dining options were basic and overpriced, but the location was relatively close to the city center and offered a quiet retreat near restaurants and shops.

The hotel rooms faced the inside of the building with greenery views, were simply furnished with comfy beds, and were super warm. However, there was not a single toilet paper provided. The service was extremely friendly and always helpful, except for any indication as to when the lift will be repaired. The location was perfect, being 3 minutes by walk from the Corvin Negyed Metro stop and close to great attractions. The dining experience had no vegetarian options except cornflakes and was okay for the price paid. The facilities were basic but acceptable. Overall, a warm and cozy stay with friendly service and a convenient location.

The hotel rooms were not very clean and had a noticeable smell. On top of that, the double bed was uncomfortable, and the room was extremely hot in the summer. The service was not very friendly, with a lack of English-speaking staff making communication almost impossible. Despite being close to the city center and local transportation, the location was a bit far from key dining establishments and nightlife spots. The dining experience was disappointing, especially when compared to other accommodations. However, the hotel did offer laundry services, a paid airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance.

The hotel rooms seemed clean overall and were comfortable, with very friendly staff. However, the corridors could feel stifling in the summer months. The breakfast place was reachable through the corridors.
